What is Project Arc?

In our 35 square meter workshop, we’ve made chairs, tables, turned bottle stoppers, and built commissioned pieces for very patient folks.

Then came the day I decided to make replica colonial tripod stools. The leather seats needed hand-stitched pockets to cradle the legs, and I couldn’t find anyone willing to stitch them by hand.

That was the beginning of my journey into leather.

We’re a family of three, taking pride in making things that stand the test of time. We’ve always been drawn to simple, beautiful objects that last. I still remember inheriting my grandfather’s handplane, a tool he made himself in the 1950s for his work. It wasn’t expensive, but it was priceless. It shaped three generations.

That handplane came from a simpler time, when honest craft could support a family. And when good, proper work was valued by the people who used it.

Project Arc is our family’s step into that same realm.

Whether it’s a comb-back chair or a leather camera strap, we want the owner to use it often, and one day pass it on to the next generation.

Our ethos is simple:
Simple, timeless design. Built proper.

This is why every piece we make is built deliberately, with materials that last and methods that don’t cut corners.
